Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns

• Items must be unused and in their original condition  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible  
• Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.  
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.  
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
